Spectator Sport: The Augment

The Augment

I got this from here.
Youngsters at multifarious age prattled everywhere at every possible corner of the room. An adult, with her formal white attire that accented her personality and professionalism, stood with a gait that clearly expresses irascibility building up inside her. The crowd seems trenchant and vigorous with their updates, forgetting every bit of responsibility they ought to do. The adult made her approaching move and I can only see scribbles that I couldn't decipher. With each stroke pressed by the temporary blue marker against the board, the irritable noise grew softer. Then finally, by the time the finishing stroke had been made, the sound cease to continue.

The youngsters, finally pacified, stared back and forth at the adult and the board. Each of the youngster’s face began to shift responsively. Some with amazement, some with a sarcastic look, and others with the ‘I don’t care look.’ The teacher smirked, cleared her throat, and enunciated the extremely difficult equation which filled the whole board. Sighs, eyes rolling, and taps on various objects are made by the dozen of pupils that sat on the black plastic table-chair being immured by white cement walls. They are helplessly waiting for their time to be liberated from this room.

I got this from here.
For a very brief moment everything was tranquilized. Harmony filled the room. Then, peace was interrupted by the sound of the wild yelling at a weary student that was dreaming and unaware of the circumstances. People flinched as if a lion had escaped the circus. Not long after the incident, pungent smells of spices and variety of food drifted across the room, spreading everywhere. Gratuitous crisp sound of people chewing snacks, gums, and other kind of food was amplified. The students satiated their appetites with enjoyment. The restless teacher frowned, but was too tired to do anything. She became submissive, and then waded lifelessly to her desk and slept. Sounds began to fill the room, and as ever, impossible to decipher. It went on for a quarter of an hour. The brazen vibrations of red round bell clang that signals the end of the period. Students hastily ran out of the class to begin their weekend at various rendezvous.

Then a sweet loving sound at the teacher’s rear echoed “You look tired honey,” “let’s go.” She perked her head up; eyes sparkled like never before and rubbed her eyes. She saw vague image of a man with a formal neck-tie and a smart looking suit with a tag that read “Principal” on it. She was astonished. The man offered her a hand and she gladly accepts it. Her energy is being rejuvenated. Then, for the first time in her life, she proceeded to walk out of the class happily and unexhausted ready to begin the exciting adventures of her weekend.

Incomplete Gathering

Rare Reunion

Born to an Indian family is indeed a tough luck. Dwelling with all my cousins as a result of a joined-family does have its own benefits and lost. One thing is for sure; you become overly attached to your cousins and siblings, as a result of spending most of your time with them. You tend to be stronger in all aspects, only if you have people that support you. You will emulate to be like your loved ones. You will look up to them as your role model. Then, you will be ingenious, resourceful, and keen in all senses.

But what happens if people you are attached to depart from you ? The aloofness you experience will surely aggravate you from your daily obligations. You tend to be weak and all the jobs you will do seems to be futile. Tough luck, as I said, and sure enough, I'm facing it.

My brother, currently studying at UTT Australian Technology College, is not here. My sister, currently at China with her new married groom, is also not here. I grew nostalgic, missing their presence and the recreation we also do together. Where ever I look, memories would rush in, penetrating my mind to its very core, making it impossible to escape.

So it comes, the annually reunion of my family in celebration of the Mother's Day celebration, without the people I love to spend time to. A true lachrymose time that jerked my tears whenever I think about. It was incomplete, lonesome, irascible to me. Isolated from the old people, I tend to be a pariah of the night, without a single bit of enjoyment tasted. I only pray that they would come back soon.... I could only hope....

Mother's Day Passage

Magnanimous Mother

"Mother" denotes a single interpretation, but its connotation varies in a broad range depending on one's perspective. For me, mother is far more intuitive and valuable than just someone who took care or gave birth to me. Mother..... is a life giver, pure sacrificial dilettante, obviously the most important person to me.

Every day I would receive her endless didactic anecdote, ones that would derive as a result of my dalliance and doodling, ones that would usually improve me and quelled my unpleasant manners. For that, I feel thankful. You are all rounded, equipped with versatility. You always monitor me, each and my every step is refined by your presence.

Every day I encounter a deleterious risk, you would be there. If it was about me, it would always be exigent to you. Even the for the most trivial concomitant that wouldn't concern you, you still precipitate in. For that again, I'm thankful. You are my talisman, a charm that would liberate me from all sort of danger. You are my well-wisher, and a supporter with patriotic perseverance.

For today, the day to express love to you, is not the only day I would like to like this. I would like to give you perpetual laud and extravagant praise. I might argue with you, but you are the only one who stood firm and deprecate to me with 100% attention. You are calm and tranquil like the world's zephyr, mitigating me whenever am over heated. For that, I am even more than thankful.

You support me in every way. Even with my perfidy you can endure. Even with my character you can stand. Thank you mom for you endless support and love that never fail to supply since the very first minute I was here. I LOVE YOU mom, may all the happiness blessed in you today and everyday. Hope you live long, and be with me for long as I will remember. Sorry for being a crass insolent child. I will make you proud. LOVE YOU KUB.
